WHAT WE TREAT
Elbow Pain
Pain affecting the elbow joint, often caused by overuse injuries such as tendonitis (e.g., tennis or golfer’s elbow), repetitive strain, or joint inflammation. It may result in stiffness, weakness, and reduced grip strength.
Shoulder Pain
A common condition involving discomfort in the shoulder joint due to rotator cuff injuries, bursitis, frozen shoulder, or instability. It can limit range of motion and affect daily activities.
Knee Pain
Pain in or around the knee joint caused by injury, degeneration, ligament strain, or conditions such as arthritis. Symptoms may include swelling, instability, and difficulty walking or bending.
Ankle and Foot Pain
Discomfort in the ankle or foot resulting from sprains, plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, or structural imbalances. It may impair mobility and weight-bearing activities.
Hip Pain
Pain in the hip joint or surrounding structures, often linked to arthritis, bursitis, muscle strain, or referred pain from the lower back. It can affect walking, sitting, and overall mobility.
Lower Back Pain
A prevalent condition involving discomfort in the lumbar spine due to muscle strain, disc issues, poor posture, or degenerative changes. It may be acute or chronic and can radiate to the legs.
Thumb Pain
Pain at the base or joints of the thumb, commonly caused by overuse, arthritis, or ligament strain. It can impact grip strength and fine motor tasks.
Hand Pain
Discomfort affecting the hand and fingers due to repetitive strain, arthritis, nerve compression (such as carpal tunnel syndrome), or injury. It may limit dexterity and function.
Joint Instability
A condition where a joint lacks proper support, often due to ligament laxity or injury. It can lead to repeated dislocations, weakness, and a feeling of the joint “giving way.”
Costochondritis
Inflammation of the cartilage connecting the ribs to the breastbone, causing chest wall pain that may mimic cardiac conditions. It is often aggravated by movement or deep breathing.
TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint Disorder)
A disorder affecting the jaw joint and surrounding muscles, leading to pain, clicking, jaw stiffness, headaches, and difficulty chewing.
Tailbone Pain (Coccydynia)
Pain in the coccyx (tailbone), often caused by trauma, prolonged sitting, or childbirth. It can make sitting and certain movements uncomfortable.
Sacroiliac Joint Pain
Pain originating from the sacroiliac joints connecting the spine to the pelvis. It may cause lower back, buttock, or leg pain and is often associated with instability or inflammation.
Spinal Stenosis
A narrowing of the spinal canal that places pressure on the spinal cord or nerves, leading to pain, numbness, or weakness, especially in the back and legs.
Disc Herniations
A condition where the inner portion of a spinal disc protrudes through its outer layer, potentially compressing nearby nerves and causing pain, tingling, or weakness.
Scoliosis
A lateral curvature of the spine that can develop during growth or later in life. It may lead to postural imbalance, back pain, and reduced spinal flexibility.
Post-Surgical Scar Tissue
Fibrous tissue that forms after surgery as part of the healing process. In some cases, it can restrict movement, cause discomfort, and affect surrounding structures.
Degenerative Disc Disease
A condition involving the gradual breakdown of spinal discs over time, leading to pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility. It is commonly associated with aging and wear-and-tear changes.
