WHAT WE TREAT

Osteoarthritis (Any Joint)

A degenerative joint condition characterized by the gradual breakdown of cartilage, leading to pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility. It commonly affects weight-bearing joints such as the knees, hips, and spine, and tends to worsen with age and repetitive use.

Rheumatoid Arthritis

A chronic autoimmune disorder in which the immune system attacks the lining of the joints, causing inflammation, swelling, pain, and potential joint deformity. It often affects multiple joints symmetrically and may also involve systemic symptoms such as fatigue.

Seronegative Arthritis

A group of inflammatory joint disorders that test negative for rheumatoid factor. These conditions, which include ankylosing spondylitis and psoriatic arthritis, typically affect the spine and peripheral joints and may be associated with other systemic features.

Cervical Spondylosis

An age-related degenerative condition affecting the cervical spine (neck), involving disc wear, bone spur formation, and ligament thickening. It can lead to neck pain, stiffness, and, in some cases, nerve compression causing radiating arm symptoms.

Spinal Stenosis

A narrowing of the spaces within the spine that places pressure on the spinal cord or nerves. It commonly occurs in the lumbar or cervical regions and may cause pain, numbness, tingling, or weakness, particularly during movement or prolonged standing.

Ankylosing Spondylitis

A chronic inflammatory condition primarily affecting the spine and sacroiliac joints, leading to pain and progressive stiffness. Over time, it can result in fusion of the vertebrae, reducing flexibility and altering posture.

Gout

A form of inflammatory arthritis caused by the accumulation of uric acid crystals in the joints. It typically presents with sudden, severe episodes of pain, redness, and swelling—most commonly in the big toe.

Periarthritis of the Shoulder

Also known as frozen shoulder or adhesive capsulitis, this condition involves inflammation and stiffness of the shoulder joint capsule. It leads to restricted range of motion and pain, often progressing through stages of worsening and gradual recovery.

Psoriatic Arthritis

An inflammatory arthritis associated with psoriasis, characterized by joint pain, swelling, and stiffness. It may affect both peripheral joints and the spine and is often accompanied by skin and nail changes.

Polymyalgia Rheumatica

An inflammatory condition typically seen in older adults, marked by muscle pain and stiffness, especially in the shoulders and hips. Symptoms are often worse in the morning and may be associated with systemic features such as fatigue and low-grade fever.
